The new hospital Hospiten Madrid Boadilla It is one of the most significant private healthcare projects currently underway in the Community of Madrid. It is a large-scale university hospital complex being built in the Prado del Espino business park, in Boadilla del Monte, with an approximate investment of 200 million euros and opening forecast in 2026.
It will feature a state-of-the-art automated control system and the highest energy efficiency certifications.
Dimensions and built area
The hospital complex will have a built area exceeding 55,000 m², which places it among the largest private hospitals recently built in the region.
The building has been designed as a hospital latest generation, with an architecture designed to optimize clinical workflows, energy efficiency, and the integration of advanced medical technology. Furthermore, it is projected as a university hospital, incorporating spaces intended for medical training and research.

The hospital will have 160 hospital rooms intended for inpatients.

- 140 standard rooms intended for conventional hospitalization.
- 20 suite or VIP rooms, designed with greater spaciousness, comfort and additional services for patients requiring more private stays or premium services.
These rooms have been designed to offer:

Healthcare capacity and beds
In addition to inpatient rooms, the hospital will have various specialized units with additional beds:

- Neonatal ICU: around 8 beds
- Emergency Room: approximately 20 adult beds and 9 pediatric beds
- Day hospital: 22 beds intended for outpatient treatments such as oncology or intravenous therapies
These units allow for a significant increase in the hospital's operational capacity without the need for conventional admission.
Surgical and obstetric area
The surgical suite will be one of the hospital's key features. It will include:
- 17 state-of-the-art operating rooms
- Rooms prepared for minimally invasive surgery
- Equipment for robotic and laparoscopic surgery
- 5 delivery and recovery units (DRUs) for obstetrics and maternity
This design will allow for highly complex interventions and position the hospital as a surgical reference center.
Outpatient consultations and medical specialties
The hospital will have approximately:

The construction of the hospital will generate:
