The new hospital Hospiten Madrid Boadilla<\/strong> It is one of the most significant private healthcare projects currently underway in the Community of Madrid. It is a large-scale university hospital complex being built in the Prado del Espino business park, in Boadilla del Monte<\/strong>, with an approximate investment of 200 million euros<\/strong> and opening forecast in 2026<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The hospital complex will have a built area exceeding 55,000 m\u00b2<\/strong>, which places it among the largest private hospitals recently built in the region. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The building has been designed as a hospital latest generation<\/strong>, with an architecture designed to optimize clinical workflows, energy efficiency, and the integration of advanced medical technology. Furthermore, it is projected as a university hospital<\/strong>, incorporating spaces intended for medical training and research. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Number of rooms and suites<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The hospital will have 160 hospital rooms<\/strong> intended for inpatients. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This total includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • 140 standard rooms<\/strong> intended for conventional hospitalization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 20 suite or VIP rooms<\/strong>, designed with greater spaciousness, comfort and additional services for patients requiring more private stays or premium services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        With individual but centralized control in a state-of-the-art Building Management System.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Healthcare capacity and beds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        In addition to inpatient rooms, the hospital will have various specialized units with additional beds:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Adult ICU:<\/strong> approximately 12-13 beds<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Neonatal ICU:<\/strong> around 8 beds<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Emergency Room:<\/strong> approximately 20 adult beds and 9 pediatric beds<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Day hospital:<\/strong> 22 beds intended for outpatient treatments such as oncology or intravenous therapies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          These units allow for a significant increase in the hospital's operational capacity without the need for conventional admission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Surgical and obstetric area<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          The surgical suite will be one of the hospital's key features. It will include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • 17 state-of-the-art operating rooms<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Rooms prepared for minimally invasive surgery<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Equipment for robotic and laparoscopic surgery<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • 5 delivery and recovery units (DRUs)<\/strong> for obstetrics and maternity <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            This design will allow for highly complex interventions and position the hospital as a surgical reference center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Outpatient consultations and medical specialties<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            The hospital will have approximately:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
