Business Center, Universidad Carlos III

The Business Center is a new building which operates as a business incubator. It is divided into spaces for rent which must be independently managed to allow individual measurement of consumption (electricity, water, heat and cooling energy) for subsequent billing. Water is pre-heated via solar panels. If it does not reach the pre-set temperature the water is heated via a boiler to maintain supply levels. The facility also has aero-thermoses to dissipate excess DHW. This two-pipe installation has two operating modes (Winter/Summer). The hours of operation are activated and the system alarms are managed via the control computer.

Similar installations carried out by BAUM CONTROL INGENIERIA include:

  • Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Madrid
  • Paraninfo hall of Universidad Castilla La Mancha, Cuenca/li>
  • Public Library, Ciudad Real
