Building with high levels of energy consumption due to a lack of lighting control. The use of the building does not follow a standard schedule and each floor has different time slots. Lighting is divided by floor and by area, each with its own operating schedule which may be programmed and configured by the user. Air-conditioning management is divided into internal units which activate/deactivate themselves according to a schedule. It can be operated by remote control.
