Hotel Aneto is a new building with 200 rooms. Energy efficiency is crucial for this large facility. When the guest’s card is inserted in the room, the air-conditioning and electricity are activated . If the room’s window is opened, air-conditioning is deactivated. Hot water is pre-heated via solar panels. If it does not reach the set-point temperature the water is heated via a boiler to avoid supply problems. The facility also has aero-thermoses to dissipate excess DHW into the swimming-pool. From the control panel it is possible to check data on bedroom occupancy. Air quality of conference/meeting rooms is centrally managed using air renewal solutions.
